One $1000 Scholarship will be awarded

Deadline: This application and all required documentation must be received by April 10, 2026 (11:59 pm CST). Email to:jamsacademylesson@gmail.com. The check will be written out to the college you will attend. Questions? Call 469-248-6858. We will present the scholarships at our spring recital on April 25th.

Eligibility: Students must meet this criteria to be eligible.

1. Must be a senior in high school 

2. Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

3. Must currently be involved in Fine Arts (music, dance, art, or theater) in their school, church, or community

TO SUBMIT:

Attach the following:

1. An essay (minimum of 500 words)-Write about a project, performance, or piece that challenged you beyond your comfort zone. What made it difficult? Where did you struggle—technically, emotionally, creatively? Did you consider quitting? What did the process reveal about your strengths, weaknesses, or values?

2. A copy of your unofficial transcript with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

3. A recommendation letter from a fine arts instructor.
